Linda Miller built a successful yoga and wellness center in Maryland that operated for 20 years. When COVID-19 hit, she worked hard to keep her clients safe and help them practice from home. Thanks to a series of fortunate events, she and her husband of 45 years moved to their dream location in Emerald Isle, NC. After restrictions eased, they divided their time between Emerald Isle and Maryland while running their studio. They also became grandparents to a grandchild living in Charlotte, NC, which is five hours away. After several months of traveling between Charlotte and Maryland, they sold their Maryland home. Throughout this time, they continued their classes and personal practices. Now, Linda has chosen to simplify her life by primarily teaching online, with occasional in-person sessions in NC and Maryland. As a Reiki Master Teacher with extensive experience in Usui, Tibetan, and Karuna healing, a tarot reader for over 45 years, and a certified yoga and fitness instructor, Linda believes yoga is for everyone. She is also a crystal specialist and a certified sound therapist with many on-demand classes on various healing topics.
